Found that picture on FB. It is cute. Makes me want to hatch ducks, for a minute, then I remember the stink

Yes I would still like some pigeons. The ones I got are black with white tails. I could swear they are feathers on their legs ??????

I will get pics, I need to pick up batteries.

That is possible.....it's called 'booted' in pigeons. No problem on more pigeons.....just let me know when and what and they are yours

Took some pictures today, here are some birds I'm getting rid of

Mutt cockerel

Mutt pullet - OEGB/Mille fleur d'uccle

Muscovy duck hen

Still on the fence about him, I have been told I can't get rid of him but I have no use for him and TOO MANY ROOSTERS - Spitzhauben rooster

Dom white silkie cockerel going to sell him as a PQ - only because he has kinda loose wings, though he WILL hold them tight, and sparse middle toe feathers, but you can see feather folicles on the toes, so I don't know if they will fill in or not (I swear I remember him having fuller feathers but dunno)

He's still super young looking to make a call on the wings IMHO, how old did you say he was again? Ive had some tuck them up better as times goes up but then again ive had some that just look worse lol

If you come next weekend to the auction bring him along. I wouldn't mind growing him out a bit and crossing my fingers lol he looks like he's working on nice type from what I can see. I'm short on whites grow out wise anyhow...at least that's the excuse I'm gonna go with har har!

I think he will fill in quite nicely. My other colors I got from Sandy were kind of slow to fill in, but once they did they are super looking!!! I think hi swings will get better as he ages as well, I don't think its split wing, just a loose issue right now - but I'm also not experienced enough to tell the difference honestly...Age wise he is maybe 17 weeks old.

Sure thing I will bring him if I go, and I will let you know if I am going this coming weekend or the next weekend after, I will let ya know so we can set something up! I have another white thats 11/12 weeks old - no idea on sex - want that one too? LOL

That one is kind of a mystery chick though, although the woman says many of her birds came from Sassy Silkie lines and Catdance eggs....soooooo its up to you! I have 1 white that is killing me from Sandy, I have been on the fence about that one's sex for FOREVER!!!! But thats Snow - my daughter's bird and boy/girl it stays no matter what - its just her pet and her favorite bird period. lol I have no intentions to breed whites so the extra white teen I have is all yours if your interested...He/she is looking good too, all the other chicks I hatched from those eggs are fab and beautiful!

Hi, I have been gone so long and I've missed y'all!

I'm glad to see Collie, I remember you from TX on the Silkie threads. I hope you like NC pretty well.

I have been busy with the ceramic Christmas tree sales and brooding chicks(20) and ducks(3). Also new bunnies(3). Yes, inside my house basement, gross

Note to self, DON'T do that again!! I think I almost pushed DH to the edge. The edge of, get these stinking birds out or the .22 will! I atleast was able to move them to the outside shed with a heat lamp, hmmm now I'm having dreams of turning it from a shed to a coop.
