Beth- the hens are staying on her property for now in a dog run, right now she has only a stick wedged in the corner, but know place for them to get out of the cold/wind/rain! So I'm gonna tell her to add the barrel!

RF - he is doing fine now...he hangs out with one of my buff orp hens. Urs didn't have a name yet...the one we kept is named Albert (Einstein) bc of his"hair" and his love of sitting at the table with the newspaper on the front porch...very comical.

I got to the auction late and didn't get to find where everyone was! We got there at 2:20, so we stood the whole time (near the check in booth) and left a little early.

Prices were quite high yesterday compared to what I saw in the summer! That's good for those of you selling!

Sorry we missed you! I didn't leave until after 4, I had 2 fidgety kids the whole time. Once we got our animals they wanted me to take them for food.

Okay you guys maybe you can help

Anyone know of anyplace or anyone who has wooden shipping/packing crates? just about any size, I have all sorts of things I can use them for. Free or cheap preferably. I use to see someone on craigslist that had HUGE ones, and I don't see any recent posts from them, BUT I can't remember where it was *sigh* lol

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We have one lop eared buck that we got from the Wicked Chicken a few months ago. I'd love to get him a friend, but i don't want baby bunnies or a fight between boys!

I was in love with all the baby bunnies and the pig!

Ally in my experience bucks get along just fine together, girls on the other hand tend to be much more territorial.
