That would work fine. Actually, you could build a run right off the hutch for the bantams and make them a ramp to get up and down.

Ive only had my chickens about a year and I just found this wonderful web site BYC.... I really enjoy my flock of nine but will be looking to trade a roo and hen pair soon (Barred Rocks) if anyone local is interested... pm me....

It is great to have found BYC as im addicted to my chicks and it is great t o know many others are as well...
