COME JOIN OUR "BYC" BackYardChickens.com SWAP MEET / SALE
We are looking forward to meeting as many BYC members that can come. Also you may bring friends along. If there are any BYC members thinking of coming to Florida during the month of January and would like to attend, PLEASE COME.

Weather won't be an issue (rain) as we can put everything in the barn. Hopefully it will be a nice day...

Instead of a potluck, we thought of having a BYO (bring your own) Picnic. Everyone bring what they would like. I do have some coolers for drinks and a small grill. I have arranged to get another grill for the swap. I will be able to get a couple of tables. I have some chairs. If you have any folding tables and chairs please bring them. Feel free to bring any food and snacks, and --- BRING SOME FRIENDS!

The local 4-H has been invited to do a fund raiser. Probably hodogs, chips and drinks. We are waiting for responses from them on what all they are planning on bringing.

We thought we could have a Fun Match. A Fun Match is where everybody get some tickets and envelopes will be attached to cages of the animals of people who would like to show their animals. People will put their tickets into the envelopes of the animals they like the best. The one with the most tickets in their envelope wins the show.

What can you bring to swap or sell? Chickens, hatching eggs, other poultry, supplies, other animals and crafts or other items for sale.

There will be water for the animals, also electricity for heat for those bringing chicks and a restroom.

If you have pictures of birds or other items you plan on bringing to our swap and would like to post them, please do so. As an old saying goes, "one picture is worth a thousand words".

If you’d like to list what you may have (or plan to have) for sale or swap, I will be updating this list fairly regularly. You can either PM or e-mail me with updates at http://www.Hilltop-Farm.com/contactus.htm or [email protected]

I love your BYC page...you've got some great stuff going on at your farm. Looks great!

I have been thinking about this swap meet that I would like to host. It could be an all day affair also I thought we might include a BYO picnic. The kids are welcome. We are always open for ideas and suggestions.
