Yes I noticed that lol, I contacted some breeders around Fargo I found and its freezing I hear. (Its a chilly 75 here lol) So I will try again in May. I have family going to Minnesota State Moorhead, they can take them with them when they come home for the summer. (I was hoping to get some eggs this christmas... we have no purebreds available on this island)

Freezing is right! I am breaking ice for the critters... I have some eggs. PM'd you if you dont mind the drive.

I ordered about 25 blue laying chicks that will be here in March. I may have some blue layers to sell in the fall. Nothing sooner. Blue eggs are hard to find here. I have a couple of blue layers and a couple of Olive eggers. I like showing everyone my eggs because nobody around here has seen anything besides brown and white. :)

Good luck with the blue egg birds. What breed are they?

I see the midwest alternative livestock auction will be may 7th in new salem. Anyone know if they are allowing poultry this year?

If anyone is interested in green and brown egg laying chicks pm me. I am hatching several mixed Blue, Black and Splash chicks. They are all straight run. We are 45 minutes from Fargo!
