North Judson Indiana fears hens!

Good morning all! My small town that I live in does not allow hens to be in town limits. We are a very small farming community and most people would love to have a few laying hens but our town board will not allow it. Please help me on how to change local ordinances.

Make a petition have enough people sign it, it could change the outcome of the next city council election.
