North Texas Chicken people wanted!

Hi,

I am new to the site and looking for other North Texas ( North of Dallas ) people interested in chickens. I am looking for some 6mos-1 year already-laying chickens and would like to know if anyone in the area knows where I can get some!!

I would appreciate any help!!

I live just south of downtown, near Wilmer, you can see it on the local weather map. I know where you can get laying hens if you just want them for eggs or you are interested in raising. I have a couple of Roosters I would give you, just to keep them happy. I have a small farm, but have lived here all my life and know a few places and might can help. I live in Plano TX, How far I have to travel to raise chicken in Texas, As you said you live near downtown, I wanted to know how many chickens allowed in your area and help me figure-out the fee to pay to keep chicken.
