Northeastern Poultry Congress - Springfield, Mass - Jan 14-15, 2012

Andrea, if you don't mind if it gets damaged, (not that I plan on it, but somehow, whenever I try to do a good deed.....)
Surely if you have room.
As far as pamphlets, I was kind of just hoping to refer them to the website.
Although with the change, I certainly will be lost on Tuesday! Hope I can figure it out by then.
To anyone thinking I don't have a clue, you're right!
This is the first time I have ever tried anything like this, although Mame1616 (Mary) did this at Indy this year, and has been giving me the help, and strength to keep up!
THANK YOU, MARY!!!

I still haven't given anyone baths yet, but I am down 3 birds so far. Fighting, feather legs (or lack thereof), and a landing strip down one of my girls back, with arrows showing where to mount, have all guaranteed a vacation at home this weekend!
So I am down to 6 birds, and only 2 LF. Woo HOO!!
Oh, and Mary was working on name tags...
But if anyone finds "I'm with stoopid", pick them up, I'll reimburse you for them.

Yeah we could just refer them. what do you think about name tags?

I want to thank everyone who came out today and volunteered their time to help us set up for the show, we had a great turnout! As of now, we have 262 exhibitors and 2722 entries! It looks like the weather will hold out too, so it should be another amazing show

Woot! That's awesome SO looking forward to it!

Andrea, thanks for the ideas! Always helps to hear the thoughts of others - you never know what you might have forgotten. We'd love the tablecloth - I can't find mine, and Roberta doesn't have one. Name tags are taken care of, ad we hope to have some BYC materials to hand out. A poster will be made with some bullet points "selling" the website, as well a board for everyone to leave a note and say hi. Also, a chart listing the times everyone has signed up to man the table, n case anyone forgot their time slot. Like Roberta said, I did this with Wynette in Indianapolis - a ton of fun!

Looking forward to meeting everyone!
