Northeastern Poultry Congress - Springfield, Mass - Jan 14-15, 2012

I might be interested in helping out at a byc table. making signs would be helpful. Last year, I was going to meet up with a dozen chickens member and get a name tag. Never found her. So I actually made a tag and stuck it on my jacket. Walked around a bit and found nobody from byc. But the thing is, i went on a sunday. This time I'm going up on Saturday. I wouldnt be able to get there till about noon tho.

Hi, I also live in southeastern Mass, Rehoboth, Mass.

I would love to attend, my husband has also become a chicken fancier.

Andrea, I don't think you'll meet many people on Sunday, either. A two-day show is misleading, because the second day is never a full day. I hope to be on the road before noon. Saturday is the actual show day, unless you get there about 8am on Sunday, before everyone packs up.

I will sign up to sit at the table. I did it for a bit in Indianapolis, and it was a lot of fun answering people's questions about having chickens, and especially fn meeting people face-to-face that I had been talking to for so long on the threads! Besides, I needed to sit down!

C'mon people - an hour won't kill you. Roberta, I can do something in the morning, probably first thing after I get the birds cooped-in.

Howdy,

I can help for an hour if you need me.

I plan on cooping in on Saturday early morning and staying over night Saturday night. I'm not sure on the time though as up yet b/c I usually like to dedicate the morning to tending to my birds etc.. So I'd say it would have to be in the afternoon or something

Jerseygirl, I hope you're only getting one hand done, DH had it done, not a pretty sight!
But women are naturally tougher than the guys.
Hope to see you, and if you do show up, I can give you a hand.
Har, har get it... HAND! But really, as soon as I am done primping, I don't mind helping.
I will have some Marans, and Silkies, and one Shamo.
I'm the one with the silver hair with a tail.
