OMG, that's a long haul! We live about 15 minutes from the Big E, so I'm going to go for a few hours A-L-O-N-E and then have my DH w/ the kidlets meet me there.

I really, really, really hope to find Sammy a good home. Keep your ears open for me?

I can beat that. We'll be driving about 8 1/2 hours.

Y'all just keep that darn snow away this weekend, ok?

Don't think about miles...I think about hours and 2 hours for me to be captive in a auto, let alone an added 2. Yuck. One of the judges is coming in from RI, that must be one big job!

Is anyone else staying at the Clarion?

This year we have judges from WI, TX, RI and MA.

The Clarion is the host hotel, I'm sure many byc members will be staying there

You certainly have a point! I took it that it was not supposed to get to terrible. At one point the weather people thought that the storm was coming up through from the south and meet the storm that was coming from out west and dumping all over Mass. That would really stink, but it doesn't seem to be that way (yippie).

I am nervous about going, I'm not one for big crowds! But we have the room, cockerel to be picked up, so no room to back out now!

Yes the Clarion Hotel is the host hotel, that is one reason we decided to stay there, maybe learn something from you guys!

SNOW!!!!!!!

Just saw the latest update and they are calling for 12-18" by 5pm on Wed. and that it will be falling at a rate of 2-3" per HOUR at some points during the day! She said the road crews will not be able to keep up with it. All I keep thinking about is having to shovel all that out of the run so the birds can still be out. Then making sure it is not going to melt in a way that the run off will make mud! LOL
