Northern Bobwhite Quail license Ontario

I've been told it is fairly easy to obtain a license to keep Northern Bobwhite Quail in Ontario but seem to be going in circles to figure out how. Does anyone know the specifics?

The only thing I can find on raising Bob's in Ontario is, 'Bobwhites are on the endangered list and can not be raised in Ontario.
You will have to find out you're 'Province permit rules' from a wildlife warden or whatever they are called in Ontario, there is a thread on Ontario, in the "Where am I, Where are you?" fourm but hasn't had a post in over a year now, you may try getting an answer on the thread. here's the link:
