Northern Minnesota chicken

brrrr it is still cold in the north. We chickens are just 100 miles south of the Canadian border and while it is sunny today; this winter was our first one and like to freeze our tail feathers off. So our challenge is to start now to adjust our coop to be more winter friendly. We are tired of freezing the door shut and the snow piling higher than out combs so...
