Northwest Georgia/Chattanooga Tennessee Chicken Swap at Tractor Supply

I'll PM you better directions but for the sake of other's interested... it's just next to East Tennessee Feed & Seed. The feed store lets them meet the first and third Sat. every month (and what a coincidence that the trade ends at 9 when the feed store opens... so you can go get new waters, feeders, feed, ect. lol)

It's crazy hectic if you are late and trying to sell... if you are selling you should be there before 7 to get a spot. It is ALWAYS a big crowd, so be prepared for that.

My bad folks.... the Madisonville trade is NOT this week. It is the first and third Saturday every month, but this Saturday is the fouth Saturday...... so I'm greenlight for the TSC trade... might not take all my bantams but probrably my bantam Delawares... at least some.

If anyone reads this and is interested in getting one of my BANTAM Delaware roos... PM me. I rather just take exactly what I need that far of a distance. No need stressing everyone out.

Hey Backyard Poultry Buffs,

Tomorrow is the BIG day! Come on out and support the Georgia APA/ABA Youth Program and buy, sell, and trade your chickens, turkeys, rabbits, goats, sheep, and more! I will have TONS of prizes and giveaways at the radio show table including the very popular Chicken Whisperer t-shirts!

See you there!

Mom came by the sale but she did not see your table anywhere.

She expected more critters. She thinks Seramas are adorable.

She was hoping someone would have a hound-dog mutt pup there. She's in the market for a mutt hound.

Sorry I couldn't make it afterall. I got a call from someone in Friendsville wanting a trio from me, so I had to go and deliver birds. How was it?

I think the turn out would have been better had the temps not been so high. Topped out at 100 and a heat index of 108. I can't imagine how hot it got up to on that pavement.

I hope we can have another swap in the fall.

Oh and the Whisperer was inside the store, for those of you who missed him.

Hey Backyard Poultry Buffs,

Thanks for a great event! We will definitely have another swap in the fall. We are currently looking at Saturday, October 23rd. As soon as I clear it with TSC, we will officially schedule the event. Due to no power outlets outside, and the risk of running 200' of power cords across the parking lot, we did have to broadcast the radio show inside the store. We did however have a chance to interview most of the vendors during the broadcast! I will keep you all posted on the progress of the October swap. Hope to see you there!

I know this is an old thread, but are there still swaps at this location? If not, do you know of any in/around the Chattanooga area?
Thank you!
