Looking for a cold tolerant breed that lays white eggs. I am certain that this breed fits the bill. I am interested in purchasing some hatching eggs from any breeder. I think it may be a tad too cold to ship at the moment, with a risk of frozen eggs. So maybe a little later in the year towards later winter/early spring might work best. Just looking for a 12-18 hatching eggs.

Let me know if you keep this breed and if you sell, and your cost of course (I just threw out a price in the price bubble, since it wouldn't let me post without one). For shipping estimate, zip code is 49829. I am willing to wait until warmer weather and you are certain of excellent fertility, since I know most chickens are less inclined to 'boink' during the cold time of year.

I am in Michigan, but have hatched eggs from all over the country, so distance isn't really an issue.

I don't know if this helps but I just ordered a bunch of these as day-old chicks from Ideal Poultry this morning. Plus you can order all pullets, or straight run and the prices are reasonable...Just an option in case you are interested.
