I picked this little gal up at my Humane Society yesterday. If you part her feathers she's all white underneath.

Any ideas guys?

I picked up several of these from TSC and they were labeled "production reds" hybrid egg layers. Mine look just like this and lay big brown eggs.

Really? The production red I already own is much darker in color and lacks the white downy layer beneath.

That is what the red sex links like Red Stars, Golden Comets, ISA Browns usually look like. TSC seems to sell a lot of different red breeds/hybrids as production reds, they seem to use that name to just mean any mostly red feathered egg layer. Some hatcheries do have what they call "Production Reds" that seem to be their own personal crosses.
