not a Jersey Giant?

I bought this rooster at the North Georgia Swap in the Fall. He is supposed to be a Jersey Giant, but he doesn't look like a JG since his coloring is way off. The hen is all black, but not sure if she is a JG either. What could he be?

One thing for sure: that is a Giant chicken. Other than that, I can't help you out!

could be a JG and RIR cross. How do they compare to the standard in height and weight? Just a suggestion on how to weigh them. You get on the scale record your own weight, then get on holding the bird. Subtract your weight and that will tell you how much the bird weighs.
