This is my five week old Black Runner Duck from Ideal. She is definitely not upright, running even lower than our Pekin. Is there a chance that she will become more upright or do I have a completely different breed? Any help is appreciated - I am very curious!

It definitely doesn't look like a Runner, but it looks kind of like a young Cayuga. Maybe whoever you bought it from misidentified it.

She does look like a Cayuga however hatchery runners are usually low grade and don't stand up nearly as upright as good quality runners. I haven't seen any of Ideals runners so I can't say how much theirs actually stand up like a runner or have the bill of a runner vs good show quality runners. Do you have any side shots?

I think she is a black runner, just a low quality/hatchery runner. She still has the long body. My cayuga has a different body type than my runners. She is cute even if she doesn't stand up straight. @Amiga What do you think?

So I thought I was seeing things earlier but I definitely saw it multiple times this morning - her wing feathers have a green sheen in the light. Is that typical for a black runner?

That is normal for any black bird. They can be a green or purple sheen. It makes them so pretty!
