It may be a little late to ask this as I don't have the chicken anymore😟. About four years ago I ordered Silver Laced Wyandotte chicks from tsc. I got twelve. I know that Wyandottes have the lovely rose comb instead of the single one, but one of my chicks got a single comb. Knowing the rose comb is recessive, what breed could she have been mixed with that could keep the lacing(sort of) but have a single comb? (Sorry the one as a chick is blurry I had to zoom it in a lot )

Possibly a mix or just a really bad quality slw. Hatcheries aren’t exactly known for great quality chicks.
