Not able to post comments ... glitch??

After posting several responses and comments on different threads tonight, I went to the hobbies thread, where I am subscribed to one Seed Swap and started to post a comment. The comment box came up but had no toolbar at the top like normal, then when I typed something and clicked submit, it didn't register that I had typed anything and came up with a box that said something like "you must type a comment before you can click submit". This hasn't happened before. Is it a glitch with the site or with my browser or what?

It worked fine in other threads.

Well logging out of the internet and back in seems to have worked. I'll clear my browser again though too. Thanks.
