Not an Easter Egger?

We thought we got 4 easter eggers (the guy building our coop let the kids pick out some chicks), but when I made a post asking about gender, someone pointed out that this guy's legs aren't the usual gray color for an EE, and that it might not be an EE.

So, any idea what breed it is? And if it is a male or female? We're thinking male...he's 6 weeks old.

He is 6 weeks old...pretty much all brown except for some black up by the neck. Here's a better picture of the back
