NOT AN EMERGENCY...but, still need help!

I just returned from a two week vacation and found the girls in pretty good health - except - all my 1 year olds are losing all the feathers around their heads and combs - they look as if they are bald old men! Is this a pest thing? From the heat? Stress? Any info would be appreciated.

The rooster Grabs on to their upper necks (below the comb) to mate.

Is there a rooster in with them?
