Not an emergency, but what's going on? *PICS!!*

My hen has had a bare patch (I mean COMPLETELY bare) on her rear.
It started back in September. i was expecting it to feather out, but nothing yet.
She is about 9 months old, so I don't think she's molting.
Whats going on?

kari_dawn, it is under her vent. And no, we don't have roosters, but we did around the time it started.

It's been like this for a looooong time. I don't think it's from the other birds (i only have 4 including her) because they'd have to bend over pretty far to do that.
