Not crowing, Not mating, Not Flying, Off balance! Please Help!!!

Hi, I have a year and a half year old amercana rooster. Until last week he was fine but, now he is everything in the title. We have him in a separate cage. Need help!

Can he walk? Is he eating and drinking? Is he alert or sitting hunched up with his eyes closed?

He can walk but is always is acting like he is cold, but it is the middle of summer he can eat and drink. When he is standing his eyes are closed.
