Hi there first time to post, I have a sweet girl that has been hanging out by herself started yesterday morning noticed her vent area was dirty with liquid stool. Brought her inside cleaned her up and have her isolated in a room with another chicken separated in different totes this is what I see in the stool with the one I just brought overnight. She's not eating or drinking much at all . Offered her rooster booster and her water, mealworms, and yogurt. Thanks in advance

I see shed intestinal lining in her feces. There are three possibilities; coccidiosis, worms or an ecoli infection.
Treat her with SMZ-TMP for coccidiosis and ecoli and observe her for improvement after 5 days of treatment. Then wait about 5 days and worm her with Valbazen or Safeguard liquid goat wormer.
Here's where you can purchase SMZ-TMP:

Use a pill cutter to quarter the tablet. Dose 1/4 tablet twice a day for 5 days. If she is over 6 pounds in weight, give her 1/2 tablet twice a day for 5 days.

I have a hen that had a wound received antibiotics, think she has developed sour crop. we're going on day 5, tried the rooster booster alternating with garlic water, And Greek yogurt. Her feels like a water balloon filled with sand pretty firm never completely empties. We were able to get her to vomit once but that was it. She is passing liquid stool and bright green small kidney beans shape stool. Crop stays the same size and firmness day and night. Started her on a monistat treatment, any other suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear about your hen:(
Thank you, I wish there were more meds available otc for chickens. We went to so many supply store and nothing. Same for vet care.... They consider them exotic and won't see them or if they do the next appointment is 2 weeks out
