Not eating morning feed

My chickens used to gobble up their morning feed and now they are not interested. Not sure why.
Any advice?

I feed the Scratch & Peck Feeds Chicken and Duck Feed,16%, Soy and Corn Free,Organic in the morning. 1/2 cup each chicken. Then they get an afternoon snack. They've been gobbling up both until a few days ago.

Is the feed old, moldy, or smell funky? What is the mill date on the bag?

I soak the grains overnight in water so it has an oatmeal consistency and they have always loved it. The bag of feed is fairly new. I'm not home yet to check the mill date.

Is the half cup before or after you soak it? They could be starving with high mass but low nutrition.

Are the birds molting? Molting chickens may not feel well and be off feed a bit.
