Not EE, what are they

We ordered the Rainbow Asst from McMurray, and when they were young, we thought we had a bunch of EE. It turns out, most of what we thought were EE aren't - we only have one for sure, and it's a roo.

This is the last one that we can't figure out what is. She's about 14 weeks old. Any ideas?

And the next pic is just for fun. Our polish roo is always getting beat up by the EE roo because he can't see anything because of this topknot. My son thought he needed some help with that problem, and went out and fixed him right up.

It looks like a dark cornish from that angle. A full-body picture of it standing up would help.

Dark Cornish hen

That polish pic is great. I have a roo just like that and he gets beat up by my golden laced all the time. I'll have to try that. They peck his feathers out of his head too. I tried to make him a little crochet hat and he just fell to the ground acting like he was dead.
