Not fertile Eggs

So I set 14 eggs. 7 from one rooster 7 from another. 1 2 year old Ameraucana the other is a 1 year old Salmon Faverolle.

Only the eggs from the Ameraucana are fertile. Could my other Roo be a dud?

My thought is try again come spring and see but just curious if this could be a thing.

Have you seen him mating the hens? Are the eggs all from different hens? And if so, what kinds? His butt fluff (or the hen's) could be getting in the way.
Or if the hens don't like him, they could be rejecting his semen.

How old and how fluffy? Have you seen him mating?
