Had the same thing happen with a squirrel. It was stretched out straight, too!

I found him in the chainlink fence trying to get INTO the dog yard! The electric wire was to stop the dogs from digging out.
He was frozen solid when I found him and I had to break something to get him out of the fence. The dogs were pretty psyched about the whole thing, they are the ones who let me know there was a visitor in the fence.
