Not fore sure maybe egg bound please help

Any infestation of lice or mites should be treated, along with the coop, nests, and roosts. The bedding has to be removed, spray the coop, replace beeding with fresh. Permethrin 10% spray is ver good for treating the chickens and coop, but the dust may be better for the chickens during cold weather.
It is important to find out if you are seeing lice or mites. Mites need treating at least 3 times, 5 days apart to get the mites, then the hatched eggs. Lice need treating at 10 day intervals to get the live lice, and the newly hatched eggs. Here is a good link to read with pictures:

Many things could be possibly wrong with your hen, so start with inserting a finger into her vent to feel for a stuck egg. Look at her poops in case of cooked egg matter or anything that looks like a broken egg, and take a picture.
Feel of her crop to see if it is full and firm, or puffy. Recheck in early morning to see if it has emptied. Has she lost weight in her breast area? Could she be starting a molt? Age would help, but do you know when she last laid an egg?

her poop was clear like water before she went to bed last night and this morning it was yellow watery yellow she pooped after i put the vasaline on her. i thought about molting cause i did see some slight feather loss when i was looking through for bugs. ive never had one to act this way when molting i dont think. i have no idea how old she is the man i got her from has passed away. i read that an egg bound hen wont drink but she is drinking like crazy.

if there is anyway someone can zoom in on this, this is one of the bugs im talking about.

well, shes really bad today she is clearly not going to make it :hit:hit she couldnt walk this morning i had to carry her out of the coop. the not being able to walk isnt from being weak either its something to do with whatever is wrong with her. i have no idea very discouraged and sad

Sorry that she is worse. You haven’t answered many questions asked earlier, which could be helpful in us helping you. What are you giving her in the way of vitamins or food? Did you check her for egg binding? Have you treated her lice? If she has a laying or reproductive problem, there is not much that can be done, other than to keep them comfortable, secluded, and put them down when they are suffering.

im sorry i thought i answered all the questions..... she has been eating what is called knockout it has grains, layer pellets corn seeds mixture of different things in it my chickens free range to .. no vitamins but i plan to pick up some stuff. i did check for egg binding for swelling i lubricated her vent 2 or 3 times. no i didnt treat for lice yet i plan to pick stuff up for that to. she has been a good layer since we had her about 6 months ago i dont know her age the man i got her from passed away. we just buried her.
