All my chickens have food names:

Dumpling, Cordon, Teriyaki, Popcorn, and Chipotle currently.

Not a chicken thing, but when I was a kid, I raised pigs and I named the first piglet I got Bacon. Our dogs got into the pen and killed her, so I decided it was bad karma and named the next one Rosie. I plan to give my layers regular names but the meaties will all be named Olaf - our nickname for my husband’s exceedingly unpleasant ex wife!

We named our meat lambs Steak, Burger, and Leg O'.

We raised 15 last year. Every one of them was named after the person who owned it...except ours. It was #7 (ear tags).
