not going outside

I have 10 chickens 3 months old and in their coop for about 1 1/2 months. Three will go outside while the other 7 won't have anything to do with it. How can I coax them out or what it they never go out?

They'll go when they're ready.
They're individuals.

3 months is way old enough.

I would start encouraging them to come out, maybe with treats.

If they still don't come out I would toss them all out and lock the door behind them. And force them to stay outside for at least two hours.

I had one set of chicks that was like that, the silly things.

I can't remember anymore if I had to toss them out once, or every day for a week, but I know it didn't take forever.
