Not laying - Columbian Wyandottes - help!

Hello! I have 2 Columbian Wyandottes that are still not laying any eggs. They are both 11 months old. They are happy and healthy girls and they are not showing any signs of being broody. One of them will get in the nesting box and sit for awhile (this has been going on for months), get out and go about her business with no egg. The other one shows no sign of wanting to lay. All my other hens are laying with no issues. It's so confusing. Is it just this particular breed? Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks!

Combs and Waddles look good and pink/red. Vent good also.

I'm sorry, I should explain, do the vents look wide and pink vs tight and yellow?
If they're wide and pink,they're either about to lay or laying already.
