Not Laying Eggs? Will it hurt her?

I have a hen, I adopted because she was broody, but she hasn't gone back to broody behavior yet, and she hasn't laid an egg. Should I worry? She's over a year old I think.

Could she be moulting? Also, how long have you had her? She may be stressed
