Not laying in the nesting boxes

I'm so excited! I got my first egg today, but it was on the ground under the ramp and not in the nesting boxes. Should I be too concerned?

- as for where it was I wouldnt really be to concerned, If you use dummy eggs or golf balls you can more or less control where you want them to lay,

It often takes them a month or so to get the hand of the whole egg laying thing. Odd eggs, eggs in odd places, tiny eggs.... they'll get it in time.
