Not laying, stretching neck, slowing down

I would give it to her for a few days in a row to see if it helps.

Maybe offer her a boiled egg and a spoon full of tuna fish too.
I’ve given three doses of the vitamins. She is still doing the neck stretching but it seems like it’s only when she first comes out of the coop in the morning. This morning she was also shaking her head and scratching it. She’s still eating and drinking normally.

She had a big poo this morning that was almost black in color but I think that probably has something to do with the fact that the vitamins are dark in color.

Have You ever dewormed your chickens?
Also have you checked her real well for lice and or mites?

Are you sure there's no coughing or sneezing or bubbly eyes going on?
I'm wondering if maybe she's starting to show signs from a respiratory infection.

I’ve been watching her pretty closely. Her breathing is normal...no rattling. Eyes are clear.

Is there any way to check for worms? Or do I just treat her with a de-wormer?

You can collect some fresh poop and call around to your local dog vets and ask them if they will test it for worms if you bring it into them.
