From here on out I would just take responsibility for the kittens and not bother with the woman again. Obviously, she doesnt do things responsibily if she just gives lives to whomever shows up at her door first! If they really were just dewormed the runny stool could be from that. New food or even just change in lifestyle is enough to cause stomach upset. I have also had many strays that needed a second and sometimes third round of dewormer because of how badly they were infested. Since his immune system is down right now, please make sure they dont give him any shots today.

Good luck at the vet and I hope he feels better soon.

Oh, wait! Where are the pictures??

My Bekka was the quietiest siamese ever. The breeder told me Bekka's father was also quiet and only sang to the ladies in heat. The first three nights that KiKi was here she cried, semi-loudly, but that's cuz her teats were still full of milk and she was trying to find her kittens.
Now she's extremely quiet. She has a very soft voice and it's hard to hear her meow. She's got the drama queen part down pat though and will throw herself at my feet if I don't provide the amount of attention she feels she deserves.
Mrszlopez, I agree with BarkerChickens. Show the vet the paperwork you have on the kittens. This woman sounds like a rescue wannabe.
If you or anyone else is interested in a pure siamese rescue, feel free to PM me. I know of several excellent ones; including a large one in VA that uses the "Meezer Express" to transport their adoptees to their new homes across the country.

Okay, so the vet said he is NOT in any way of 100% health. She gave us an unfit for sale letter & said that the diarrhea might be caused by them eating the food. She did a double fecal test & everything seemed okay. But she said he is clearly lethargic, emaciated & in a generally poor condition & should not have been rehomed. He is also super stinky because hes really not cleaning himself - at all.. She gave us some meds for him to stop the runny poo & I have contacted the woman to get my $30 back. I know its only $30, but I paid that money because she said they were healthy. Im waiting for her to reply & when my camera is fixed, there will be lots of pics !!!

Wow. I have heard of people who watch for free kittens and say they are a rescue group and get the kittens so they can sell them. I wonder if this could be the real story.

Bless you for taking care of the little ones.

Aww, I missed this post. I'm sorry about the kitty that is so sad! I am glad you are giving him a chance though. I don't know if it's been said but I would report her if you think it's serious enough.

Generally, when you get a 'unfit for sale' report, you get to RETURN the animal and get a refund. It is not generally a situation where you get to keep animal and money.

Well, she agreed to give me back my $30. She doesnt seem happy about it, but I dont see why I should have to get to fall in love with these kittens, have my family fall in love with them & then have to give them back to her. If I wanted to play hot potatoe with kittens i wouldve. I love these kitties - its impossible not to. I will not give them back. No way. they are now part of my family & she is at fault for rehoming them when they were not ready to be rehomed. Esp him. I personally think she should give me the cost for the vet bill as well, but ill take what I can get right now..
