Not my first egg...:-( But shy friend has question

My silly sally friend, whose BuffOrps and RIRs have been laying since the last full moon, and is too shy to become a BYCer asked me to post this pic, and see if anyone knows why this egg looks like this.
(I think young hens working things out, but I am also curious to see what veterans think)

I don't what cause it, but looks like the egg was developing and it got pushed back like maybe she jumped down from a roost or something.
