Not Opening Eyes

My baby chicks aren't opening their eyes.....this is bad, right? They haven't been eating or drinking, either. They hatched yesterday, they are cheeping, so they're not dead. One of them, however, is weaker. Advice, anyone?

Uh, oh, you might want to post this in the "illness/injury/emergencies" section. That way someone will probably respond faster and it will be more likely to be someone good with medical issues.

In the meantime, you'll want to post as much info as possible, like their brooder type, temp, bedding, ages, feed, poop, any discharge from eyes or nose, etc.
