The 4 inch side of those 2x4's should be up, not the 2 inch side so the chickens sit on the 4 inch side. The chickens can't grip the narrow side of the 2x4 very well. It's not comfortable. The ramp looks too steep for them to walk up, however, they can use it to help fly up. That should certainly help matters. If it were my coop I probably would have had the roosts lower as it appears as if there is quite a distance from the roost to the floor and the coop is narrow. It might be difficult for them to fly down to the floor in the morning. They need some space to break their fall or they might hurt themselves. My roosts are only 22 inches off the floor so I don't have to worry about that.
