Not sure about due date...?

If I had taken eggs that were already growing and abandoned by the broody and stuck them in the incubator (I'm pretty sure they're 5 days along since they weren't there last time I checked) how do I know when to put them on lockdown?

If I put them on lockdown a day or two early will it kill them?

No, a day or two early will not hurt them....It's better to go early than late from my experience with the broody's. Good luck. Will be praying for a good hatch!
