Not sure about the age of my turkey eggs

I have new turkeys and the hen laid 4 eggs, they were in the pen for about 4-6 days and i moved then into the incubator. It is now day 14, i candled them and it looks like there a baby inside but when should i count the days of gestation, at the start of when they were laid or when i put them in the incubator ? I never saw her sit on them so i wasn't sure it those first few days counted?

I hope this isn't a silly question but they are on an automatic turner and i know they need to be off that thing the last few days before they hatch.

Count from the day you put them in your incubator. The end of the first twenty four hours is one day.
