Welcome to BYC - do you have a photo of the bird in question? We won't be able to sort out the gender question without "seeing" the bird.

I have found someone to take 1 of my roosters!!! She has a flock of 10 16wk old hens that are the same age as my cockerels. I need help deciding which one to give away. I have 1 americauna that is dominant and mating with my 3 older hens already. I have my second dominant that is crowing but not able to mate with the older hens as they are giving him trouble and not submitting to him yet. The 3rd and 4th are not crowing or acting like cockerels but clearly are to the eye. Should I give my friend one of my 2 dominant or one of my immature males being that her hens are not sexually matured yet. HELP! She is taking one tonight when asleep and letting him wake up in her coop tomorrow morning.

Easter egger cockerel. Not ameraucana.
I would give her a younger one so they have time to get used to each other and then hens aren't getting bred before they are ready. It will mess up your pecking order to get rid of a dominant too.
