Maybe it's a trick of the eye, but this bird looks to me like it has somewhat of a beard and muff, and its legs don't appear to be a pure yellow. Also, can you get a close up shot of it's comb? It's not very clear in this pic (and this was the clearest one), but the comb looks like it is probably a pea comb. If so, you have an Easter Egger and not a New Hampshire. If it is an EE with a pea comb, it can be sexed accurately by its comb. Male EEs have three rows of peas in their combs, female EEs have a single row of peas.
