Not sure if I need to be concerned - chick's wings seem much too long

Folks, I have a 3 week old EE, who has wings that extend past the end of the body. In truth, her wings are maybe close to the same size as the other girls, but her body is like half the size. She has really thin looking legs and is a bit wobbly. I think the wooble is due to the large wings making her off balance.

Please let me know if I need to be worried.

Just looking at the 4 week old Barnevelders in the bator next to me, there is only two that don't have their wing feathers extending past their back like yours

so may be a sex thing or just how those particular chicks are developing
