Two of my roosters that were fighting (now separated) would fight in, I guess the "territory", of the Alpha Rooster. While they were fighting, he'd just walk up and start pecking both, and would always cause the fight to break up. After he broke up the fight, he'd just act as if everything was normal and make his...screeching noise? Whatever that is...
Hah!
Also, this is a bit off-topic, can anyone answer this question? Do Alpha males show kindness to their sons? Because the son of my Black Cochin Bantam Rooster would always mate with his hens, but would only run of there and monitor...the mating process. (WOW)
Also, on-top of that question, why does my Alpha male run of there and watch the mating process? Plus, while the son is mating, he would peck the hens head? WHAT?!?!?
