Not sure if it's Splayed leg or slipped tendon

Baby is 4 days old now. Not sure if it's splayed leg or not. Any input please. She will drink if I hold her up. She ate a little scrambled egg. She moves around on her side using her good leg.

Unfortunately the way the leg is back is more severe than splayed legs. A slipped tenden is a possibility. A believe some have had success with a sling, but I don't have experience with that.

We tried the sling after putting the tendon back in place and hand feeding but sadly she passed away a short time ago. We know it is best for her she was so sweet.
