Not sure if my chicken is molting or there’s an issue

I actually have one other girl I’m working on putting in with them but I’m trying to buy another to introduce them together. She’s still kinda young so I’m waiting a little while longer before I put her in and hopefully I can get ahold of another gal by the time she’s old enough.
 
Not sure where Penny heard or learned hens do not molt during summer months? Here is your answer to that question.

The molting process is most typical in late summer or fall so that once the molt is complete, your chickens are prepared for winter weather with a full set of new feathers to keep them protected from water, wind, and cold temperatures. Molting can happen, though, at any time of year.
