Not sure if this is a problem or if I'm just paranoid

I have 2 australops, a year old. About a week ago my egg production dropped. I usually get 2 eggs a day. Now I'm down to 1. They are both eating and drinking as normal, digging up spring worms and bugs. I noticed one has a poopy butt, looks like its been runny and has stuck to the feathers. I didn't think much about it because depending on the scraps I gave them they sometimes got it. But today I picked her up and noticed her bottom side doesn't have any feathers. It's like they fell out. And her skin seemed very warm. She's acting normal, but the reduction in eggs concerns me. Is there something I need to check her for?

Perhaps she is egg bound? Can you feel any masses in her tummy? I have not had an experience with this as my girls aren't laying yet, but have read quite a few threads on here about it. How old is she? It is also possible she is going through a molt. They will loose lots of feathers and usually stop laying because of the stress of the molt. Some birds loose massive amounts of feathers at once and will temporarily "go bald". I'm not sure how the diarrhea would tie in though.
