Not sure I'm in the right spot, but who took the eggs!?

Male phoebe look the same as the female. Should you see another spotted egg remove it if possible. Phoebe eggs are pure white. Most birds have a poor sense of smell so touching the nest will not cause the birds to abandon the nest. I use a teaspoon when removing parasitic eggs. Be as quick as possible. If the parasitic egg is left the phoebe will do the same as before or raise the parasite while their own young die of starvation or are pushed from the nest by the parasitic chick. I'm guessing the parasitic bird is a brown headed cowbird.
