Not sure on what she is

She was a surprise chick and the only one I don’t know of breed. Pinkish legs and white/cream underbelly. I know there are few chickens that have the chipmunk look. Any guesses?

First thought is also Speckled Sussex.. the white speckling comes in later.

NOT an EE by any stretch of the imagination according to my experience.

Welsumer is a good consideration. Funny enough my GL and BLR Wyandottes are kinda chipmunk striped (not exactly like these) but they're so cute!

Which hatchery? Sometimes that can help narrow down the possibilities. Sometimes skin color under the feet can also help discern breed differences before the other more obvious clues come in. :pop

Here's a pic of a bunch of Speckled Sussex pullets...although 1 rooster is somewhere in there. These mostly have a broad dark brown stripe that runs from their head to tail. The striped effect showed mostly when they shifted their wings or let them sag down a bit. Hope this helps!
